Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to strategic customers during the onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal processes.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara’s IoT technology for large-scale enterprise clients.

• Maintain customer relationships to ensure effective solution deployment and adoption.

• Develop launch plans and product usage roadmaps.

• Monitor implementation progress, customer participation, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara’s technology to both executives and daily users.

• Address customer challenges across various use cases.

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Collaborate across teams including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

• Mentor the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to a diverse range of customers.

• Promote and embody Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS.

• Familiarity with supporting or working with technical products.

• Strong skills in priority management along with high emotional intelligence.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations.

• Proven track record of building trust and effectively communicating with executives, as well as Product and Engineering leadership, and software users.

• Initiative and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Diplomatic, tactful, and composed under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Experience in serving and supporting large-scale business solutions for Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
