This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct prospecting activities alongside the founder and account executives, including referral and warm-introduction initiatives.
• Research target accounts and create prioritized lists.
• Determine which accounts to pursue and the rationale behind these choices.
• Represent MelodyArc at various events, transforming relationships and warm connections into qualified opportunities.
• Manage follow-ups, next steps, and details to keep active deals progressing.
• Develop pitches, demonstrations, and customer engagements in collaboration with senior sellers.
• Assist in strategic account research, meeting preparations, and deal execution.
• Take part in implementations to gain insights into customer adoption and post-sale requirements.
• Contribute to event strategy and execution, including pre-event planning and follow-up actions.
• Create and maintain sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Oversee project management for video and content production involving founders, customers, and external vendors.
• Write and publish blog posts, customer stories, and social media content.
• Assess go-to-market (GTM) projects and take charge of execution components.
• Establish systems for monitoring pipeline health, conversion rates, and GTM activities.
• Engage in special projects with revenue leadership as priorities evolve.
• Set measurable targets and collaborate directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to achieve them.
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or GTM position, or relevant consulting, finance, or strategy experience.
• Proven track record of ownership and successful execution.
• Ability to oscillate between analytical thinking and hands-on execution.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies.
• Technical fluency or the ability to rapidly develop it.
• Capability to understand the platform well enough to demonstrate it and explain workflow configurations to technical buyers.
• Strong critical and creative thinking abilities.
• Competence in researching, prioritizing, and reasoning through ambiguous challenges.
• Highly organized.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in networking at events and during client calls.
• Genuine interest in enterprise technology, AI, process improvement, organizational strategy, and large-company operations.
• Preferred: experience in generating pipeline through events, partnerships, referrals, or targeted outbound efforts.
• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise sales cycles or large, complex organizations.
• Preferred: experience with CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Preferred: familiarity with customer service operations, contact-center workflows, or business process operations.
