Enterprise Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, define, and outline automation opportunities that deliver tangible business value.

• Create and execute intelligent, multi-step automation solutions.

• Provide comprehensive documentation, user training, and change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to business units.

• Keep up-to-date with the changing AI automation landscape and disseminate relevant tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Implement Merative's AI Governance protocols and assist in the responsible, compliant review and deployment of AI solutions.

• Partner with CISO, IT Operations, and AI CoE collaborators to address security, cost management, and operational standards.

• Record lessons learned, implementation strategies, and reusable components for future automation initiatives.

• Transition completed solutions to the relevant business teams, accompanied by supporting documentation, training resources, and handoff instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems.

• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or systems integration.

• 2+ years of practical experience applying modern agentic AI automation in production or near-production environments.

• Proven experience in designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents, including Agent Foundry and Copilot Studio.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft M365, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Lake services.

• Capability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.

• Strong communication skills, effective in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and business lines.

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation (preferred).

• Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Copilot Agents (preferred).

• Experience with Atlassian Rovo or similar enterprise AI assistants (preferred).

• Exposure to Claude or other LLM-based agent platforms (preferred).

• Experience within formal AI governance or compliance frameworks (preferred).

• Background in healthcare technology, data analytics, or regulated industries (preferred).

• Must meet employment authorization criteria verified through the federal E-Verify program.
