This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and nurture long-term relationships with key Corporate & Enterprise clients throughout North America.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to designated accounts, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Oversee and assess delivery processes in implementation projects, identifying potential red flags early to avert delivery and launch-related challenges.
• Become an expert in the Creatio product, assisting customers in realizing business outcomes, value, product adoption, and maximizing ROI.
• Grasp customers’ business priorities and proactively spot opportunities that promote long-term success.
• Expand the customer portfolio by focusing on retention, eliminating churn, and pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Support, Product, and Partner teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management, particularly with Enterprise accounts in the U.S.
• Experience in the banking and/or credit union sectors, with a solid understanding of their business models, key processes, and customer/member needs.
• A proven history of establishing robust customer relationships, facilitating adoption and value realization, and supporting retention and account growth.
• Excellent communication skills at the executive level, with experience engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM, BPM, or low-code/no-code solutions is preferred.
• Experience managing complex technology implementation projects and proactively identifying customer or delivery risks is advantageous.
• A strong customer-centric approach with a history of delivering customer success.
• Ability to navigate intricate customer organizations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive issues towards resolution.
• A willingness to learn and adapt swiftly in a rapidly changing market and technology landscape.
