Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in enhancing the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations through Samsara’s IoT platform.

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale clients.

• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to boost product utilization.

• Monitor implementation progress, engagement levels, product adoption, and account health.

• Conduct training sessions and present Samsara’s technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Address customer challenges across various use cases.

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Collaborate across teams including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support.

• Provide mentorship to the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to customers.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting capacity.

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred.

• Familiarity with supporting or working alongside technical products.

• Exceptional priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.

• Demonstrated capacity to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users.

• Ability to take initiative and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution.

• Experience in serving and supporting large-scale business solutions within Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
