Enterprise Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in sales initiatives by demonstrating the platform to potential clients.

• Provide support for data operations within AA’s TerraFraming platform.

• Create documentation and training resources.

• Lead the onboarding process for new licensing customers.

• Collaborate with key partners to offer platform-specific training.

• Manage and prioritize help requests; escalate them to the appropriate GIS specialist/technician when necessary.

• Analyze documented resolutions for trends to mitigate future issues.

• Identify and familiarize yourself with the relevant software and hardware supported by the organization.

• Provide testing assistance for various modules, procedures, and workflows.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two- or four-year degree in an agricultural-related field (such as agronomy, soils, precision agriculture), geographic information systems (GIS), computer science, or a related discipline.

• Experience with major digital agriculture platforms and their related data (e.g., Precision Planting, John Deere, Case IH, Ag Leader).

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on building rapport, active listening, and questioning techniques.

• Experience using Ag Leader’s SMS software for data conversion and processing.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to communicate clearly and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Familiarity with GIS software and data conversion processes using both commercial and proprietary software tools.

• An analytical mindset coupled with strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.

• Basic understanding of global positioning systems (GPS), desktop mapping, as well as web and database applications.

• Proficient knowledge of various data types, including traditional and spatial formats, as well as data collected/output from digital agriculture equipment manufacturers and their cloud-based data storage solutions.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints.
