This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Organize recurring meetings, account reviews, planning sessions, and executive engagement activities, which includes scheduling, creating agendas, preparing meeting materials, and managing follow-up actions.
• Assist Enterprise Account Managers and Account Program Managers with daily account operations, project coordination, and administrative duties.
• Create, structure, and disseminate briefing documents, presentations, meeting notes, reports, and various business communications.
• Oversee logistics for customer visits, executive meetings, team events, National Sales Meeting activities, and other business programs.
• Aid in the development and enhancement of presentations, including organizing content, formatting, and coordinating supporting materials.
• Promote collaboration among stakeholders by managing communications, Teams channels, project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor and maintain information related to contracts, business activities, project milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements as assigned.
• Contribute to special projects and enterprise initiatives by collecting data, organizing resources, tracking progress, and providing status updates.
• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, program support, or business operations; OR an Associate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, and other business collaboration tools.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
