This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive growth strategy for a targeted portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and increased solution adoption.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers on a global scale.
• Ensure that Chaos solutions align with clients’ primary business goals and long-term strategic visions.
• Create and deliver ROI and business value analyses that illustrate measurable impacts on clients’ AEC workflows.
• Lead the negotiation and closure of complex, multi-year expansion agreements on a global level.
• Navigate the procurement and legal frameworks specific to large AEC firms.
• Identify opportunities for workflow transformation and position Chaos effectively within clients’ design and visualization processes.
• Develop and oversee a long-term sales pipeline.
• Provide precise and dependable forecasts for expansion revenue.
• Keep abreast of global AEC industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities.
• Collaborate as part of the global enterprise sales team and report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Directly contribute to achieving ARR growth targets.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing expansion and net-new revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with clear accountability for upsell and cross-sell results over extended sales cycles.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Proficiency in developing executive-level business cases that demonstrate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ROI.
• Ability to navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions.
• Strong aptitude for building credible, trusted relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience in crafting detailed account plans and pipeline strategies.
• Capability to identify expansion opportunities and proactively develop pipeline.
• Intellectual curiosity and second-order thinking to discover client business pain points.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives.
• High level of autonomy and self-discipline.
• Proficient in interpreting sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals accurately.
• Fluency in English is essential.
