This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic consultant and growth partner for a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Take ownership of retention and expansion efforts across complex accounts.
• Develop multi-faceted relationships within customer organizations.
• Align stakeholders and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing or accelerating value.
• Guide clients through the evolving open payments platform offered by Spreedly.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts (~$3M+ in ARR).
• Lead account planning initiatives and conduct quarterly business reviews with defined success metrics.
• Maintain a proactive cadence of customer engagement.
• Collaborate across functions to remove obstacles to value and impact internal roadmap decisions.
• Forecast retention, expansion, and potential risks within the portfolio.
• Analyze product usage and customer data to uncover growth opportunities and risks.
• Implement renewal and upsell strategies, including contract structuring.
• Provide market and customer insights to guide GTM evolution and segmentation strategies.
• Contribute to customer success stories, reference programs, and feedback loops for pricing.
• Utilize AI tools for account planning, data analysis, and customer insights.
• Travel regularly within the United States and coordinate with US customer and stakeholder schedules.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales, including quota-carrying or expansion responsibilities.
• Background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS.
• Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models.
• Proven success managing accounts with $3M+ ARR and achieving high retention and growth results.
• Exceptional communication, value-driven selling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Operational proficiency with systems like Salesforce, Clari, and account planning tools.
• Capability to independently juggle multiple priorities while influencing cross-functional outcomes.
• Willingness to travel.
• Comfort with hybrid customer models (e.g., self-serve, mid-market, enterprise).
• Experience in the transition from startup to growth stages within SaaS, including operational scaling.
• Demonstrated success during periods of high growth ($20M–$100M ARR).
• Experience navigating evolving product offerings and pricing structures.
• Currently authorized to work in the job location country with no future sponsorship required.
• Successful background and reference checks are required for finalist candidates.
