This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete lifecycle relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise clients.
• Assist clients in navigating the complexities of healthcare data privacy.
• Promote extensive adoption of Freshpaint within customer technology ecosystems.
• Drive net revenue retention across around 40–60 Enterprise clients.
• Develop and implement account and value plans that foster adoption, measurable results, and growth.
• Oversee renewals, upsells, and cross-sells from initial signals to closure.
• Conduct executive check-ins and quarterly business reviews to connect product usage with business impact and strategy.
• Utilize Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to assess account health, predict outcomes, and prioritize client engagement.
• Collaborate with Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to eliminate obstacles and unlock value.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer's voice.
• Cultivate relationships with champions and executive sponsors.
• Travel up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and Freshpaint events.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing, commercial ownership roles within B2B SaaS (such as Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) dealing with Enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption, renewals, and growth, with a measurable impact on net revenue retention.
• Strong consultative abilities: identify business challenges, define success metrics, and align necessary capabilities with product value.
• Data-driven and operationally proficient, with a methodical approach to account planning, forecasting, and CRM maintenance.
• Technically inquisitive and skilled at bridging communication between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including conducting business reviews and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in a remote, early-stage, high-growth environment with significant ownership and numerous moving components.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US, either now or in the future.
• Experience working with Enterprise clients.
• Experience managing a commercial target and responsibilities for renewal and expansion initiatives.
