This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.
• Design and execute account strategies that align with clients’ capital initiatives and digital transformation objectives.
• Facilitate the transition from initial account relationships to long-term account management.
• Maintain precise CRM documentation for account health, forecasting, and growth monitoring.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct regular business reviews to discuss objectives, performance, and return on investment (ROI).
• Position solutions to meet evolving customer challenges and promote ongoing value.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure effective project delivery, service adoption, and utilization.
• Cultivate trusted, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proactively address potential risks and ensure long-term customer success.
• Work in conjunction with sales, product, and operations teams.
• Relay customer feedback to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, events, and conferences.
• Represent the company in discussions related to infrastructure modernization and digital transformation.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise/B2G account management or customer success.
• Demonstrated success in growing and retaining large, complex accounts.
• Experience with public-sector clients is essential.
• Background in infrastructure-related sectors (e.g., utilities, transportation) is advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise purchasing dynamics, procurement processes, and extended project lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across both technical and business areas.
• Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth setting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region for in-person client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
