This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, ensuring quantifiable business outcomes from AI workforce development initiatives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to keep programs on schedule, address issues proactively, and uncover opportunities for partnership growth.
• Support a Director of Client Partnerships with specific accounts or workstreams.
• Establish daily relationships with client program managers and sponsors.
• Uphold account plans that align client priorities, program implementation, and renewal health.
• Coordinate with teams in learning, program operations, product, marketing, analytics, and sales.
• Monitor the progress of delivery and adoption milestones, highlight risks, and ensure internal follow-through.
• Facilitate client check-ins and business reviews, converting program data and feedback into actionable next steps.
• Recognize signals for renewal and expansion and assist in the development of strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder maps, meeting notes, status trackers, and other account-related documentation.
• Track and report on program quality, learner adoption, stakeholder engagement, and delivery status metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams on renewal logistics and Statement of Work coordination.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or program delivery.
• Preferably experience in a client-facing role with U.S.-based enterprises.
• Capability to manage daily client relationships and complex workstreams effectively.
• Strong skills in building relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Aptitude to coordinate with internal teams and align deliverables effectively.
• Good judgment in prioritizing tasks, managing ambiguity, and escalating as necessary.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to recognizing expansion or renewal opportunities.
• Experience or interest in workforce development, digital transformation, education, Artificial Intelligence, or technology sectors is preferred.
• An AI-forward mindset and curiosity regarding practical AI tools.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
• Working hours should align with the EST time zone.
