This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the comprehensive growth strategy for a targeted portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts.
• Formulate and implement plans to optimize ARR through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption.
• Foster and enhance relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers worldwide.
• Develop and deliver ROI and business value analyses to validate substantial investments in the Chaos ecosystem.
• Guide the negotiation and closing of intricate, multi-year expansion agreements globally.
• Recognize opportunities for workflow transformation within client organizations.
• Create and maintain a robust, long-term sales pipeline while providing precise forecasts for expansion revenue.
• Stay informed about global AEC industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities.
• Collaborate as a member of the global enterprise sales team and report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or a related technology field.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing expansion and net-new revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environment.
• Established experience in managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with clear responsibility for upsell and cross-sell results throughout extended sales cycles.
• Extensive knowledge of AEC workflows, digital design and visualization technologies, including BIM and real-time rendering, as well as SaaS licensing models.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts, including developing executive-level business cases that demonstrate TCO and ROI.
• Proficiency in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Capability to build relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience in creating account plans and pipeline strategies utilizing data and account intelligence.
• Ability to identify expansion opportunities and proactively build the pipeline.
• Skill in translating intricate technical capabilities into straightforward business value narratives.
• Capacity to operate independently with self-discipline.
• Competence in interpreting sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals for prioritization and forecasting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
