This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive growth strategy for a targeted portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts.
• Formulate and implement strategies to optimize ARR through targeted upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption.
• Build and enhance relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers across the globe.
• Align Chaos solutions with the business goals and long-term strategic vision of clients.
• Create and present ROI and business value analyses that illustrate measurable impacts on clients’ AEC workflows.
• Lead the negotiation and finalization of complex, multi-year expansion agreements.
• Identify opportunities for workflow transformation and position Chaos within clients’ design and visualization processes.
• Develop and oversee a long-term sales pipeline.
• Provide accurate forecasts for expansion revenue.
• Stay informed on global AEC industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities.
• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Contribute to ARR growth objectives as part of the global enterprise sales team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or a related technology environment.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing expansion and net-new revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with clear accountability for upsell and cross-sell success across lengthy sales cycles.
• Extensive knowledge of AEC workflows, digital design and visualization technologies, including BIM and real-time rendering, as well as SaaS licensing models.
• Experience in negotiating and closing intricate, multi-year enterprise contracts, including the development of executive-level business cases illustrating TCO and ROI.
• Capability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Proficiency in building relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Ability to create account plans and pipeline strategies utilizing data and account intelligence.
• Skill in identifying expansion opportunities and proactively building a pipeline.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear narratives of business value.
• High level of autonomy and self-discipline.
• Capacity to interpret sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
