This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Take charge of revenue, retention, and expansion objectives for a key enterprise account portfolio.
• Establish and nurture executive sponsor relationships up to the C-suite level.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for customer-facing engagements and internal priorities.
• Facilitate executive-level discovery sessions and articulate Afresh’s solutions in terms relevant to customer business and financial outcomes.
• Guide grocery and retail technology clients in leveraging Afresh AI to enhance profitability and efficiency in their fresh supply chains.
• Create and lead data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews that focus on ROI, operational metrics, and strategic planning.
• Oversee stakeholder mapping and relationship development between customers and Afresh leadership.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the technology roadmap aligns with strategic customer requirements.
• Work together with Operations to track system performance and maximize customer value.
• Manage intricate multi-year renewal and expansion negotiations.
• Conduct the complete upsell, expansion, and cross-sell sales cycle within current enterprise accounts.
• Evaluate account spending and assess build-versus-buy risks; formulate commercial architectures.
• Create internal and external communication plans for customers.
• Transform executive sponsors into industry advocates and spearhead joint marketing efforts.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or strategic account management in a technology setting.
• Experience in the supply chain or retail/grocery sectors is highly advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in generating new business within enterprise accounts at Fortune 100 companies.
• Proven track record of achieving over 95% retention and substantial strategic account growth.
• Capability to comprehend complex technology solutions and employ value selling strategies for various economic decision-makers.
• Outstanding executive presence with a history of engaging and influencing C-suite leaders across Technology, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance.
• Proficiency in navigating organizational complexities and internal dynamics to foster cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• BA/BS degree is required.
