This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of enterprise opportunities from start to finish, leading consultative sales cycles involving various stakeholders.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with senior stakeholders in Operations, PMO, Finance, Delivery, and IT.
• Identify buying committees and cultivate multi-threaded relationships.
• Execute structured deal processes from qualification to closing.
• Navigate the complexities of procurement, security reviews, and legal negotiations.
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams on intricate opportunities.
• Advance opportunities and successfully close complex, high-value deals.
• Convert operational challenges into engaging product narratives.
• Conduct clear, structured, benefit-focused product demonstrations.
• Present complex workflows in a simple and confident manner.
• Adapt demonstrations in real-time according to stakeholder requirements.
• Guide prospects toward definitive next steps in the purchasing process.
• Provide advice on workflow design, adoption strategies, rollout plans, and implementation methods.
• Quantify business impact and operational ROI effectively.
• Position Resource Guru as a strategic enhancement rather than just a tool.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise pricing, packaging, qualification criteria, ICP refinement, objection-handling frameworks, sales playbooks, and product/marketing feedback loops.
• Assist in establishing a structured and predictable enterprise pipeline, consistently closing deals of $20k or more.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals valued between $20k and $250k or more.
• Background in enterprise, strategic accounts, or consultative selling.
• Experience navigating procurement processes, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Familiarity with selling to agencies, consultancies, engineering firms, professional services, or project-based businesses is advantageous.
• Ability to build trust and navigate intricate buying journeys.
• Proficiency in conducting consultative discovery with senior stakeholders.
• Capability to deliver clear, structured, benefit-driven product demonstrations.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, deal structures, and negotiation dynamics.
• Ability to engage with Heads of Operations, Finance leaders, and IT teams.
• Comfort in working closely with founders and providing honest feedback.
