
Enterprise Account Executive, DEX Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide specialized Digital Employee Experience (DEX) knowledge to support sales teams across the Americas.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, SDRs, and Channel sellers to identify and develop DEX pipeline opportunities throughout the Americas.
• Participate in discovery and qualification calls to identify customer challenges and convert them into DEX use cases.
• Mentor sellers on effective DEX messaging, competitive positioning, and articulating value propositions.
• Shape, guide, and assist in executing Proof of Value engagements, which include scoping, defining success criteria, crafting narratives, and facilitating playback sessions.
• Assist in the entire sales cycle, leveraging DEX expertise to help sellers advance opportunities.
• Enhance seller capabilities by providing coaching on MEDDPICC, value frameworks, and DEX-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with regional sales leaders to integrate DEX into pipeline and territory strategies.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and field events by presenting on DEX topics to raise awareness and create new opportunities.
• Establish connections with enterprise customers, influencers, and decision-makers alongside Account Executives.
• Collaborate across departments including Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Assist in forecast and pipeline reviews by highlighting insights, identifying gaps, and outlining necessary actions regarding DEX opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in a SaaS, Digital Workplace, EUC, IT Operations, or DEX-related sales or technical sales role.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Extensive experience supporting consultative sales processes with enterprise clients.
• Capability to engage with VP and C-level stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler sales methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into business value.
• Comfortable working autonomously and demonstrating initiative.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to empowering others.
• Experience presenting at customer events, webinars, or workshops is advantageous.
