This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue growth targets.
• Identify and secure new customer accounts by overseeing the complete sales process.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.
• Achieve or surpass quotas in a designated territory across diverse customer and prospect profiles.
• Develop a varied pipeline through tailored prospecting and hunting efforts utilizing sales engagement techniques and tools.
• Cultivate inbound leads generated by marketing and progress them through the sales pipeline.
• Employ value-selling techniques to facilitate sales processes toward closure.
• Manage the sales activities using HubSpot and other relevant technologies.
• Influence decisions of prospects and customers while advocating for their needs to negotiate effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Customer Operations to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing account development.
• Enter, update, and maintain daily activity, forecasts, and opportunity data in HubSpot.
• Share insights and successes with the broader sales team and remain receptive to constructive feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor and industry specialist.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Convert market feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and mitigate competitive risks.
• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a strong capability to engage prospects and drive subscription-based sales.
• Experience in selling to the fiber/broadband/telecom GIS mapping sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure.
• Highly responsive to the needs of customers and prospects.
• Quick learner, able to absorb and adapt to shifting business priorities.
• Strong critical thinking skills across various situations.
• High drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers.
• Familiarity with operating in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Experience in fast-paced settings, skilled at managing multiple priorities and adjusting to evolving business needs.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 50%.
• Capability to maintain a designated workspace conducive to productivity and to conduct confidential video calls for hybrid or remote work.
• Must remain free from distractions related to non-work responsibilities during working hours while working remotely.
