This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage a US enterprise territory from India, crafting and implementing a targeted territory strategy.
• Generate pipeline through strategic account prioritization, proactive outreach, and engagement with executives.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to discovery, multi-threading, negotiation, and closure.
• Secure new enterprise logos with average ACVs ranging from $50K to $80K+, focusing on companies with 500 to 2,000 employees.
• Be responsible for achieving a ~$600K annual new business quota.
• Navigate intricate buying committees that include CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Compliance.
• Manage a concentrated account list of less than 150 accounts, giving priority to the top 40 to 50.
• Utilize Sprinto’s enterprise sales methodologies while adapting to the preferences of US buyers and market conditions.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and leadership to expedite strategic opportunities while being accountable for the deal.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Operate according to US customer schedules, offering robust sales-cycle coverage.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Extensive Enterprise AE experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, Compliance, Security, or related SaaS fields.
• Demonstrated success in selling to the US enterprise market through complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing annual quotas of $1M+, with a strong preference for $1.5M+ quota experience.
• Experience in closing enterprise deals with ACVs of $80K to $250K+.
• Familiarity with selling to CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior compliance professionals.
• Background in outbound prospecting, account-based selling, executive engagement, and multi-threading.
• Ownership mindset regarding territory, including account prioritization, entry strategies, and systematic pipeline development.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management, or similar enterprise sales frameworks.
• Strong executive presence, along with skills in discovery, negotiation, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to work US hours with US-based customers and teams.
• Comfortable with high levels of ownership and strong support.
