This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire account lifecycle, from prospecting and securing new enterprise and strategic clients to managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Establish the strategic vision for the territory, allocate resources to support that vision, and implement sales tactics to enhance business growth.
• Surpass quarterly goals for prospecting activities, pipeline development, and account acquisition.
• Create a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with prospects on the named account list.
• Identify, manage, and participate in industry events and user groups to boost market awareness.
• Take proactive measures to manage renewals, ensuring ongoing adoption of the Quiq product.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base.
• Promote Quiq adoption across various business functions.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing teams on multi-touch strategies to penetrate and expand accounts.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos for both prospects and customers.
• Showcase and convey value to key stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles.
• Maintain records of opportunities and account details, including use cases, purchasing timelines, next steps, and forecasts, using Salesforce CRM.
• Manage a quota that encompasses new business, expansion, and renewals; meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Monitor pipeline, customer retention, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Comprehend and articulate Quiq product nuances to technical decision-makers.
• Travel to industry events and customer/prospect sites 1–2 times a month.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, customer experience and support leaders, as well as product and engineering teams at enterprises developing advanced customer experiences with Quiq.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, including both new-logo acquisition and growth within large enterprise or strategic accounts.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Experience, Customer Support, or AI agents.
• Proven track record of deepening and broadening account relationships in large organizations, along with a history of acquiring new enterprise logos.
• A strong passion for solutions-oriented, consultative sales.
• A demonstrated history of setting and surpassing sales targets for both new business and renewal/expansion initiatives.
• Current personal experience with AI tools and an understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Comprehensive knowledge of creating human-centric customer experience (CX) strategies, customer journey mapping, and use case development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Strong executive presence and capability to build profound relationships with prospects and customers.
• Proficient math skills for managing pipeline, quotas, and forecasting tasks.
• Authorization to work in the US.
