This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals within a specified Northern Europe enterprise territory.
• Actively develop a sales pipeline, ensuring that at least 50% is personally generated through outbound prospecting and strategic territory/account planning.
• Execute discovery and qualification processes utilizing MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies.
• Oversee the entire enterprise sales cycle, from initial discovery through demonstrations, technical validation, proposals, procurement, negotiations, and final closing.
• Convert n8n automation and AI capabilities into quantifiable business results for customers.
• Coordinate multi-threaded deals involving champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers.
• Develop and implement mutual action plans in collaboration with customers.
• Maintain pipeline integrity, forecast accuracy, and detailed account notes in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
• Represent n8n at events and within the market across Northern Europe, including customer travel as required.
• A minimum of 5 years in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales positions, demonstrating consistent overachievement.
• Established network and a record of successful sales into Northern Europe enterprises.
• Proficiency in relevant Northern European languages.
• Demonstrated capability to close intricate, multi-stakeholder deals that involve extended sales cycles, procurement/legal processes, and thorough scrutiny.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Skill in engaging C-level stakeholders and technical audiences, including DevOps, SecOps, and IT Ops professionals.
• A consultative selling approach.
• Strong adherence to CRM hygiene and rigorous forecasting practices.
• Capability to work collaboratively with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
• Experience with open-source/community initiatives, technical workflow/automation products, and early-stage/scale-up environments is a plus.
• For candidates from countries other than Germany, an existing right to work is required.
