This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle for new enterprise-scale opportunities in sectors such as energy, utilities, telecom, and critical infrastructure asset protection.
• Concentrate on the largest and most valuable target accounts within the North American market.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior operational leaders.
• Position Irth Solutions as a strategic, enterprise-wide solution.
• Utilize advanced value-selling techniques to convey operational, financial, safety, and risk implications.
• Develop and implement account-based, multi-year strategic plans for key enterprise accounts.
• Formulate strategies for cross-selling and upselling after closing deals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and internal teams on proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Acquire and apply knowledge of Irth Solutions’ business development philosophy, pricing structures, proposal methodologies, and enterprise sales processes.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and the company's positioning within it.
• Identify and cultivate executive relationships, referrals, and strategic connections.
• Collect and present business, technical, operational, and risk-related data for proposals and executive presentations.
• Keep track of sales activity, pipeline, opportunities, and forecast data in Salesforce CRM.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure a cohesive enterprise experience.
• Participate in seminars, training sessions, conferences, and events as needed.
• Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• 7+ years of demonstrated, quota-carrying experience as an enterprise or strategic account executive.
• Proven history of sourcing and closing substantial, complex, multi-year SaaS contracts.
• Experience in selling to the energy, utilities, telecom, or critical infrastructure sectors, including electric, gas, water, or telecom.
• Strong domain knowledge and credibility with operators and executive decision-makers.
• Executive presence with the capability to guide business discussions, influence stakeholders, and finalize deals at the C-suite and operator levels.
• Established success in selling SaaS solutions and articulating business value propositions using consultative and solution-oriented selling techniques.
• History of structuring enterprise agreements that facilitate cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in leading meetings, conducting executive briefings, delivering presentations, and hosting webinars.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple lengthy, complex enterprise sales cycles concurrently.
• Comfortable thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Residing in North America, with the willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
