This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the entire sales process for new, enterprise-level opportunities within the energy, utilities, telecom, and critical infrastructure asset protection sectors.
• Target the largest and most valuable accounts in the North American market.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior operational leaders.
• Position Irth Solutions as a vital, enterprise-wide platform.
• Utilize advanced value-selling strategies to convey operational, financial, safety, and risk implications.
• Craft and implement account-based, multi-year strategic plans for key enterprise clients.
• Develop strategies for post-close cross-selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and internal teams on proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Acquire knowledge of business development strategies, pricing models, proposal processes, and enterprise sales methodologies.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and the positioning of Irth Solutions.
• Identify and foster executive relationships, referrals, and strategic connections.
• Collect and present business, technical, operational, and risk information for proposals, underwriting, and executive presentations.
• Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting data in Salesforce CRM.
• Advocate for customer needs and strategic goals internally.
• Participate in industry seminars, trainings, conferences, and events as necessary.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated, quota-carrying experience as an enterprise or strategic account executive.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing large, complex, multi-year SaaS contracts.
• Experience selling to the energy, utilities, telecom, or critical infrastructure sectors, particularly in damage and risk prevention, including electric, gas, water, or telecom.
• Must possess domain fluency and credibility with operational leaders and executive decision-makers.
• Strong executive presence and gravitas.
• Capability to lead business discussions, influence stakeholders, and finalize deals at the C-suite and operational levels.
• Record of success in selling SaaS solutions and business value propositions through consultative and solution-oriented sales techniques.
• Proven experience in structuring enterprise agreements to facilitate cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
• Ability to lead meetings, conduct executive briefings, deliver engaging presentations, and host webinars.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficient at managing multiple intricate enterprise sales cycles and nurturing diverse relationships simultaneously.
• Comfortable navigating a high-growth, fast-paced work environment.
• Existing network and credibility within utility, telecom, critical infrastructure damage prevention, asset protection, or risk management sectors is highly preferred.
• Must be based in North America.
• Willingness and capacity to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
