This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Identify opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts within the designated territory, successfully converting these opportunities into closed-won deals.
• Partner with pre-sales and post-sales support teams during the sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, nurturing consultative relationships.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline along with adequate coverage.
• Lead intricate enterprise sales engagements and agreements through to successful closure.
• Seek out new business opportunities across various functional areas while utilizing leads provided by marketing.
• Comprehend customer processes and challenges, establishing connections with different buying personas.
• Align customer business objectives with DigiCert solutions through a customer-centric methodology.
• Deliver precise revenue forecasts, create a funnel to meet booking targets, document activities in Salesforce, and maintain communication with sales management.
• Oversee customer interactions throughout the buying cycle, negotiate towards closure, and secure stakeholder agreement.
• Coordinate resources from pre-sales and post-sales while leveraging industry expertise.
• Keep an up-to-date understanding of DigiCert products and solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a quota at a software or technology organization.
• Proven history of qualifying and closing consultative or service-oriented sales, especially for multi-year and subscription-based services.
• Outstanding ability to develop and maintain relationships with enterprise C-suite executives and build consensus within the buying team.
• Exceptional skills in time and people management to effectively marshal resources and progress opportunities.
• Knowledgeable in the data-analytics industry with a strong understanding of competitor products and capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
