This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Optimize client retention and profitability for designated enterprise key accounts.
• Improve client satisfaction through outstanding service and strategic planning.
• Cultivate and reinforce relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Oversee comprehensive new business implementation for enterprise and large employer accounts.
• Identify necessary tools and resources for implementation and future enhancements.
• Collaborate with brokers and employer groups on onboarding and process optimization.
• Facilitate successful open enrollment meetings, member onboarding, and engagement.
• Address client and broker escalations, resolving employer group and member concerns.
• Establish ongoing process improvement and feedback mechanisms for client and member experiences.
• Participate in client and broker meetings, consistently exceeding service and delivery expectations.
• Drive the completion of baseline visits and maximize Curative offerings.
• Align population health drivers and trends with Curative solutions.
• Work alongside sales and marketing on value propositions, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to revenue growth through contract negotiations, renewals, pricing strategies, and account management.
• Gather customer insights and collaborate with product teams on future offerings and employer group reporting.
• Coordinate with Curative leadership on industry and market demands to drive product, technology, and organizational process improvements.
• Over 10 years of relevant management experience in Health Plan Operations, preferably in employer group health coverage.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Account Management, demonstrating a proven record of success.
• Prior experience managing large, complex, or national clients with over 1,000 employees.
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including business practices, trends, and developments.
• Experience engaging at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and external partners.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
• Skills in planning, influencing, leading change, working in a challenging environment, and multitasking.
• This is a remote position requiring frequent travel.
• Proficient in using Google Suites.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid State Health and Life License is essential.
• Must have secure, password-protected, stable internet access.
• Work location must be secure, private, and free from distractions to ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; extended hours and weekend work may be occasionally necessary.
• Expected travel is between 25% and 50% of the time.
