This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +5 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to optimize sales performance.
• Achieve and surpass both quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Provide customized consultative solutions that address client needs and business outcomes.
• Maintain records of customer contact details, manage deals, and forecast sales.
• Drive and finalize significant deals of $1M and above.
• Recognize and leverage land-and-expand opportunities.
• Create new business through existing relationships, self-initiated efforts, inbound inquiries, industry events, renewals, and upselling.
• Formulate effective contract negotiation strategies and oversee deals until signing.
• Promote revenue growth within current accounts while expanding into new enterprise solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and qualify key buying influences throughout the sales journey.
• Foster relationships with customers, decision-makers, and industry thought leaders.
• Stay informed on product advancements and their potential market implications.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales within the enterprise team.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience selling to large healthcare systems.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives (CNOs, CIOs, CTOs) and senior operational leaders (VPs, Directors).
• Demonstrated expertise in building pipelines and managing complex sales cycles.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales objectives.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting.
• Outstanding consultative sales capabilities.
• Ability to assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, present customized solutions, and articulate business outcomes.
• Understanding of the dynamics within early-stage companies.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced and resource-limited environments.
