This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive growth strategy for a targeted portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts.
• Formulate and implement plans aimed at optimizing ARR through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption.
• Foster and deepen relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers on a global scale.
• Develop and deliver ROI and business value analyses to support substantial new investments.
• Lead the negotiation and closure of complex, multi-year expansion agreements.
• Identify opportunities for workflow transformation and position Chaos solutions within client design and visualization processes.
• Build and oversee a long-term sales pipeline while providing precise expansion revenue forecasts.
• Stay informed on global AEC industry trends, digital transformation, competitive dynamics, and client innovation priorities.
• Collaborate as a member of the global enterprise sales team and report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or a related technology environment.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing expansion and net-new revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales settings.
• Experience in managing and expanding large enterprise account portfolios, including successful upselling and cross-selling outcomes over extended sales cycles.
• Extensive knowledge of AEC workflows, digital design and visualization technologies, BIM, real-time rendering, and SaaS licensing models.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing intricate, multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Proven capability in developing executive-level business cases that demonstrate TCO and ROI.
• Proficient in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and managing lengthy sales cycles.
• Skilled in building relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience in creating account plans and pipeline strategies utilizing data and account intelligence.
• Ability to proactively identify expansion opportunities and develop a robust pipeline.
• Competent in translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives.
• High level of autonomy and self-discipline.
• Capable of interpreting sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals for effective prioritization and forecasting.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• A valid work/residence permit for the UK is essential.
