Enterprise Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Expand and deepen relationships within targeted enterprise accounts.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the designated territory.

• Articulate value propositions and product differentiators to potential clients and existing customers.

• Anticipate, meet, and surpass sales quotas.

• Create and oversee the lead pipeline through both inbound and outbound lead generation.

• Manage business activities and track opportunities using CRM and related tools.

• Collaborate to enhance all facets of the sales process, including product, support, and sales engineering.

• Gain insight into the competitive landscape, including rival companies and their offerings.

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to promote secure and reliable software solutions.

• Assist customers in recognizing the value and expertise offered by Chainguard's solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.

• Proven expertise in one or more of the following: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins), and the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets.

• Quick learner adept at understanding new products and processes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel to client locations to foster sales relationships when necessary.

• Experience in SaaS or developer tools sales is preferred.

• Background in startup environments is a plus.

• Strong sales acumen and fundamental grasp of the sales process is advantageous.

• Tech-savvy with the capacity to convey a compelling value proposition in a dynamic business environment is desired.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a continuously evolving set of solutions is preferred.
