This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the acquisition of new business within the UK Enterprise market.
• Identify and cultivate strategic enterprise accounts.
• Create and oversee a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from initial meeting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with CHROs, Talent Directors, Procurement, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, deliver executive presentations, and develop business cases.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying committees and engage in commercial negotiations.
• Enhance market presence through networking, social selling, and participation in industry events.
• Foster relationships with partners and key influencers.
• Provide customer insights to inform and shape commercial strategies.
• Maintain precise forecasting and adhere to CRM best practices.
• Implement structured enterprise sales methodologies.
• Achieve consistent results against revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven success in securing new enterprise logos within the B2B SaaS sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in engaging C-level decision-makers and navigating procurement, legal, and executive buying committees.
• Capability to devise and implement territory plans and account strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and articulate value to senior stakeholders.
• A consultative and commercial approach to selling.
• Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
• Comfortable representing the business in executive meetings, networking, social selling, conferences, and industry events.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom with full work authorization.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
