Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly input key application data into the system.

• Implement business rules to identify necessary actions and ensure that policies are issued in accordance with relevant regulations.

• Modify policies based on change reports.

• Manage billing modifications and other necessary updates.

• Communicate professionally and succinctly with other teams.

• Fulfill special projects and assigned tasks.

• Set annual goals for personal and professional development.

• Stay updated on advancements in the field.

• Acquire and utilize technologies that promote both professional and personal growth.

• Engage in the evaluation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry.

• Knowledge of insurance is advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive and confidential matters.

• Competence in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.

• Capability to absorb, retain, and recall information.

• Reliable and adaptable.

• Proficient with computers.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong abilities in data and records management.

• Ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, typing, using a mouse, reaching, talking, hearing, and sitting for extended periods.

• May require lifting, pulling, or moving items that weigh more than 10 pounds.
