Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 50 outbound calls daily to potential patients and caregivers to present Daymark’s services and assistance.

• Assist patients throughout the enrollment process by identifying their goals and concerns to customize the support provided.

• Address incoming communications and prioritize requests effectively.

• Connect patients with the relevant team members as needed.

• Secure patient consent and complete enrollment surveys accurately.

• Refer urgent needs to clinical teams for prompt attention.

• Relay feedback to internal teams based on the needs of patients and providers, referral patterns, and obstacles to access.

• Adhere to a structured schedule to ensure patient access is maintained.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment objectives.

• Successfully pass regular call audits focused on compliance and quality standards.

• Identify and propose enhancements to the enrollment process and overall patient experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR role with a high volume of phone interactions.

• A strong desire to assist patients in accessing improved care and achieving enrollment goals.

• Ability to foster trust with providers and patients through curiosity, empathy, and clear communication.

• Organized and proactive mindset when faced with dynamic or uncertain situations.

• Comfort in adapting to frequent changes in a startup atmosphere.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and professional.

• Experience with CRM documentation, particularly Salesforce.

• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHRs.

• Capability to adapt to new systems and workflows efficiently.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required by the start date.

• Compliance with Daymark's Employee Vaccination and Testing policy is required by the start date.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must reside in Southern California.
