Enrollment Advisor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with prospective students through phone, text, and email during the enrollment journey.

• Establish rapport and assist students with the initial enrollment process, collaborating with Enrollment Specialists until the students commence their first class.

• Record all interactions and updates in Salesforce.

• Oversee the entire inquiry-to-enrollment process.

• Stay informed about university policies, programs, and admission requirements.

• Offer tailored guidance to support students in making well-informed educational choices.

• Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding student service.

• Maintain expertise in university, college, and program specifics through ongoing training and assessments.

• Work collaboratively with team members.

• Handle multiple systems for processing student applications.

• Comply with attendance, punctuality, and scheduling expectations.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with call center software.

• Previous experience in education or consultative sales is preferred.

• Proficient in navigating CRM, SIS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to manage various systems, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication skills with a diverse range of individuals in a varied community.

• Capability to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
