Enrollment Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate first contact within minutes after a family registers.

• Implement a structured 45-day enrollment schedule through phone, text, and email.

• Ensure the completion of enrollment tasks within 30 days, including proof of residency, immunizations, birth certificates, SPED documentation, and state-specific requirements.

• Conduct live one-on-one walkthroughs and state-specific information sessions.

• Identify families experiencing delays and resolve any obstacles.

• Oversee territory approval queues and escalate cases that are pending for too long.

• Keep accurate pipeline and disposition records in HubSpot.

• Develop an understanding of state program rules, funding amounts, and enrollment deadlines.

• Incorporate family feedback into the enrollment cadence, content, and processes.

• Manage an assigned portfolio of families and states from start to finish.

• Contribute to the development of the enrollment cadence, state playbooks, and territory model.

• Collaborate with the Processing and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year in a phone-centric role, such as inside sales, admissions, SDR, or enrollment.

• Comfortable making daily calls to families.

• Proficient in clear and concise writing for text and email communications.

• Strong CRM discipline with accurate logging practices.

• Capacity to manage seasonal volume increases without compromising processes.

• Ability to acquire working knowledge of state program rules, funding amounts, and enrollment deadlines.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
