Enrollment Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and comprehend the needs of prospective students.

• Employ critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to ascertain the needs of each prospective student.

• Conduct outreach to potential students through phone, text, and email, adhering to the expected communication cadence.

• Qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs, promoting timely progression of applications.

• Clearly communicate institutional offerings and unique features to individual prospects and larger audiences during both virtual and in-person events.

• Assist prospects throughout the application lifecycle from initial inquiry to deposit, providing accurate and ethical guidance in line with university policies and procedures.

• Act with integrity and credibility, prioritizing the best interests of both the university partner and prospective students.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree (graduate experience is a plus!).

• Preferred but not mandatory: 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales.

• Project management experience is preferred but not a requirement.

• A positive attitude combined with grit, drive, and persistence.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects effectively.

• Strong time management skills, resourcefulness, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Applicants must have legal authorization to live and work in the United States.

• Employees must reside within the United States for the duration of their employment.
