English/Russian OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency.

• Seeking professional remote interpreters.

• A high degree of tolerance, precision, and proficiency is essential.

• Familiarity with specific industry terminology, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Adherence to technical specifications for home office setup is necessary.

• Must utilize a noise-cancelling, wired headset equipped with a built-in microphone (wireless/Bluetooth headphones are not permitted).
