English Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute document reviews in English for Contact Review projects.

• Perform privilege assessments, responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, and both first- and second-level reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review technologies.

• Provide assistance with document reviews, privilege evaluations, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign language translation as required by project needs.

• Work location and hours are determined on a project basis, which may include opportunities for remote work and scheduling outside of standard business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of document review processes, including privilege/responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, and both first and second reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with a status in good standing.

• Experience as part of a document review team is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal support is preferred but not required.
