English Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of English-language documents for Contact Review projects.

• Execute privilege reviews, responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searching, and both first and second reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review technologies effectively.

• Provide assistance with document reviews, privilege assessments, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign language translations as required by the project.

• The work location and hours, including potential work outside of standard business hours, will be determined on a project-by-project basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review processes, including privilege and responsiveness reviews, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and maintaining good standing status.

• Prior experience as part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory).

• A minimum of 2 years of legal support experience (preferred but not mandatory).
