English Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Review documents in English for Contact Review projects.

• Conduct document reviews, privilege evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, and first- and second-level reviews as necessary.

• Utilize electronic document review technologies.

• Provide assistance with expert testimony, legal research, and translation of foreign languages as required by the project.

• Collaborate with project managers, programmers, engineers, reviewers, and analysts, acting as an integral part of the project team.

• Enhance efficiency and optimize workflows to align with client objectives.

• Work location and hours, including options for remote work and hours outside of standard business times, will be determined on a project-by-project basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness assessments, redactions, conceptual searches, and both first and second reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review technologies such as Relativity, Concordance, and ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, maintaining good standing.

• Experience as a member of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory).

• Over 2 years of experience in legal support (preferred but not mandatory).
