English Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct English-language document assessments for Contact Review initiatives

• Aid in privilege evaluation, redactions, conceptual searching, as well as first and second reviews, along with related eDiscovery tasks

• Utilize electronic document review technologies

• Provide support for document reviews, privilege evaluations, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign language translation projects as required

• Work hours and location, including remote work and hours outside of standard business times, will be determined on a project-by-project basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of document review processes, including privilege/responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second reviews

• Proficiency with electronic document review tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and maintaining good standing

• Prior experience as part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory)

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory)

• Over 2 years of legal support experience (preferred but not mandatory)
