Engineering Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead intricate, cross-disciplinary engineering projects from initial concept through to deployment.

• Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and guarantee technical scalability.

• Assess complex systems to identify, quantify, and mitigate potential failures in design, manufacturing, or project execution.

• Perform analyses to confirm that designs adhere to technical, manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including FTA, FMEA, and HAZOP methodologies.

• Ensure engineering designs align with industry regulations, international safety standards like ISO and IEC, and corporate governance policies.

• Formulate actionable strategies for risk mitigation, design adjustments, and operational controls to reduce identified hazards.

• Collaborate with testing and validation teams to confirm the effective integration of risk controls into final designs.

• Prepare risk management plans and analytical reports for executive stakeholders and external clients.

• Act as the main technical advisor connecting design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams.

• Guide engineers, technicians, and production personnel on best practices for risk analysis.

• Participate in both near-term and future research and development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or Reliability Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. is preferred).

• At least 5 years of practical experience in engineering design, systems safety, or reliability analysis within highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, nuclear, or medical devices.

• Extensive knowledge in probabilistic risk assessment (PRA), Monte Carlo simulations, and reliability modeling software such as ReliaSoft, Item ToolKit, or PTC Windchill.

• Over 5 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting complex engineering data and statistical risks, translating them into clear, non-technical language for strategic decision-making.
