Engineering Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead intricate, cross-disciplinary engineering projects from inception to implementation.

• Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and ensure technical scalability.

• Assess complex systems to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential failures in design, manufacturing, or project execution.

• Conduct analyses to verify that designs satisfy technical, manufacturability, reliability, and industry compliance standards.

• Execute qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including FTA, FMEA, and HAZOP methodologies.

• Ensure that engineering designs adhere to industry regulations, ISO/IEC safety standards, and corporate governance policies.

• Create actionable strategies for risk mitigation, design alterations, and operational controls.

• Collaborate with testing and validation teams to confirm the effective integration of risk management controls.

• Prepare risk management plans and analytical reports for executive stakeholders and external clients.

• Act as the primary technical liaison among design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams.

• Guide engineers, technicians, and production personnel on best practices for risk analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or Reliability Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. is preferred).

• At least 5 years of practical experience in engineering design, systems safety, or reliability analysis within highly regulated sectors.

• Extensive expertise in probabilistic risk assessment (PRA), Monte Carlo simulations, and reliability modeling software such as ReliaSoft, Item ToolKit, or PTC Windchill.

• Over 5 years of experience analyzing and interpreting intricate engineering data and statistical risks into clear, non-technical terms for strategic decision-making.
