This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery process from customer and administrator discovery through product definition, engineering execution, production validation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Establish uniform application and agent behavior in areas such as packaging, deployment, versioning, upgrades, administration, identity and authorization, multi-tenant boundaries, persistent data, observability, and operational duties.
• Oversee platform building blocks to enable other teams to introduce capabilities and runtime resources while maintaining a cohesive experience for both customers and administrators.
• Convert broad challenges into focused releases that include acceptance criteria, sequencing decisions, prioritization, and measurable exit conditions.
• Assess capabilities within actual customer workflows and environments through prototypes, APIs, logs, and product instrumentation.
• Propel product decisions across engineering, design, security, identity, platform operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Convey strategic direction and trade-offs to executives, clients, and technical partners.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 8 years, or PhD with 5 years in product management, software engineering, or technical product leadership for software products.
• Previous experience in software product management or similar product ownership roles.
• Direct accountability for requirements, prioritization, and roadmap decisions for enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with an enterprise application platform, developer platform, cloud platform, or multi-tenant SaaS product where third parties or customers deploy software.
• Experience leading technically intricate capabilities in application lifecycle management, packaging and deployment, versioning and upgrades, customer administration, runtime governance, or platform operations through production launches and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaborations with engineering, design, and at least one of security, identity, operations, or customer-facing teams.
