This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Take ownership of the vision and roadmap for developing pipeline-building capabilities.
• Create experiences focused on visual pipeline construction, reusable templates, real-time transformations, and smart recommendations.
• Incorporate customer insights into product decisions while balancing technical complexity, usability, and business outcomes.
• Propel market differentiation in areas such as edge computing, data federation, stream processing, AI-driven workflows, and enterprise data architecture.
• Work collaboratively across Splunk and Cisco with engineering, design, customer success, field teams, go-to-market, and leadership stakeholders.
• Influence Splunk’s long-term strategy for data federation across various clouds, regions, and environments.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, a Master’s degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years in product management.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline is expected.
• Over 5 years of experience in delivering technical products within data platforms, cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, observability, security analytics, stream processing, data integration, or enterprise data management.
• Proven experience in owning product strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch planning, and post-launch iteration for intricate technical products.
• Familiarity with products utilized by administrators, developers, platform engineers, security teams, or other technical users.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams on APIs, user interfaces, data movement, data transformation, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in defining product success metrics and leveraging customer feedback and usage data to prioritize roadmaps.
• Ability to assess adoption, business impact, or customer value following a product launch.
