This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead and expand the current RPA engineering team.
• Manage and provide day-to-day support for the RPA engineering team.
• Offer technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship.
• Resolve obstacles for engineers, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in recruitment and enhance engineering capabilities.
• Write high-quality production-level Python code as an active backend engineering contributor.
• Implement RPA integrations into the existing product infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and organize technical tasks.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of integrations throughout the codebase.
• Supervise and contribute to RPA workflows and automation systems.
• Create scalable automations that integrate seamlessly with existing platform components.
• Identify and address technical challenges across ongoing RPA development activities.
• Uphold engineering standards and best practices within the team.
• Complete the application process, which includes a video introduction, role-specific assessment if necessary, interviews, and background/reference checks.
• Strong experience in Python backend engineering with exposure to production systems.
• Previous experience in a tech lead, senior engineer, or engineering manager position.
• Ability to manage engineers while also being an effective individual contributor.
• Comfort with automation workflows, APIs, and backend integration tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for a remote, distributed team.
• Self-motivated and capable of functioning effectively without extensive oversight or processes.
• Updated resume required.
• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) is required; it should detail engineering management and hands-on engineering experience, as well as explain a personally contributed backend integration or automation project.

• Nice to have: hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
• Nice to have: experience in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or regulated environments.
• Nice to have: experience integrating automation systems into SaaS or product infrastructures.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Compensation in USD, paid bi-monthly: on the 15th and 30th.
