This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and guide a team of Forward Deployed Engineers in creating agentic solutions within North's on-premises environments.
• Take ownership of customer success from the initial technical implementation all the way through to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence the delivery of enterprise AI.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders on the client side.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in the development of agentic solutions.
• Define and execute processes that facilitate the scalable development and deployment of agents across various client environments.
• Address complex challenges and securely integrate AI into sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• More than 2 years of experience in managing software engineering teams.
• Proven experience in leading engineers within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Practical experience in building and deploying enterprise software at scale, particularly with a focus on agentic applications.
• Strong sense of agency and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
• A doer mentality with the ability to execute effectively in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, including the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure is a plus.
• A background in enterprise security and compliance is also a plus.
