This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Monitor and comprehend the changing patterns of agent development within NVIDIA and the larger ecosystem.
• Lead a team in identifying gaps and friction points in agent architectures.
• Convert insights into agentic tools that enhance developer speed and agent quality.
• Employ evaluations, benchmarking, and feedback loops to steer agent development.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Integrate high-performance data pipelines, RAG systems, vector databases, and GPU-optimized training and inference workflows.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and priorities.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team and multifunctional community.
• Standardize processes and promote the adoption of agent libraries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in team management.
• Proficient in designing and deploying modern agent architectures and open-source frameworks.
• Proven track record of converting proof-of-concept projects into production-grade solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Strategic insight to translate the evolving AI landscape into platform roadmaps and high-impact technical results.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Successful experience collaborating with and contributing to the open-source community.
• Familiarity with evaluation and benchmarking systems for agent workflows, including metrics, regression, and feedback mechanisms.
• Experience in delivering reliable and scalable enterprise-grade agents.
• Background in implementing enterprise-level governance for agent systems, encompassing observability, monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Experience in developing SDKs, templates, reference applications, and reusable building blocks.
• Proven experience in maintaining, creating, or leading significant open-source libraries or developer tools.
