Engineering Consultant, Tradefill

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Offer brief consultations on designing core trading functionalities for TradeFill's audit-first trading platform.

• Advise on the configuration and enforcement of risk plans.

• Provide guidance on order management.

• Consult on fills and matching processes.

• Share insights on market data, events, and streaming.

• Engage in 1–2 targeted discussions, sharing knowledge from actual trading infrastructure experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level as an architect, principal engineer, tech lead, head of engineering, or product engineer within a trading platform like NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Project X, CQG, Rithmic, or comparable systems.

• Proven hands-on involvement in the initial or active development phases of such a platform, not merely in the upkeep of an established system.

• Experience with various trading platforms or companies is highly advantageous.
