This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a member of Bellese Technologies’ HQR Data Team, which supports the Hospital Quality Reporting program for CMS.

• Utilize test-driven development methodologies to create backend systems and user interfaces.

• Develop APIs, specifications, and data models for integration with frontend applications and third-party systems.

• Design, implement, and maintain data interactions effectively.

• Enhance data operations focusing on performance and scalability while ensuring data integrity and security.

• Create and develop user interfaces guided by UX designs and customer requirements.

• Contribute to both functional and non-functional automated testing suites.

• Plan, estimate, design, and deliver medium to large features while minimizing technical debt.

• Provide support to team members and adhere to team processes to consistently deliver features to production.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, which may be substituted with relevant work experience.

• Proven experience with Python / Apache Spark is essential (non-negotiable).

• A strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, orchestration, and distributed computing.

• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency.

• Relevant experience in analytic programming, data extraction, querying databases/data warehouses, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with utilizing CI/CD pipelines.

• US citizenship or a current Green Card is required; no visa sponsorship available.

• Must have been a US resident for at least the past 3 years.

• Must meet Public Trust requirements, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
