Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a member of Presidio's National End User Computing (EUC) Team as an Engineer.

• Lead the delivery of solutions for customers' needs involving AWS, VMware, and Citrix.

• Serve as an advocate for clients and a post-sales specialist.

• Provide documentation as required.

• Design and implement AWS AppStream and WorkSpaces Core in conjunction with Citrix.

• Design and deploy Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, which include Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and ThinApp.

• Collaborate with Horizon Cloud Services and supported hyperscalers, such as Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solution.

• Implement and enhance Workspace ONE UEM for effective device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement.

• Integrate Omnissa solutions for identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks.

• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.

• Set up monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces Core, and AppStream.

• Significant hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon, including VDI, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM).

• Proficient in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.

• Familiar with Omnissa identity and access management solutions.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

• Experience with SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall configurations.

• Understanding of zero-trust principles, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
