This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to inquiries from new leads.
• Nurture leads through phone conversations, creative follow-ups, tours, and home visits.
• Establish empathetic connections with potential residents and their families.
• Assist leads and families in assessing senior living alternatives.
• Drive improvements in both gross and net community occupancy by tracking move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies.
• Manage new lead traffic for all communities within the assigned region.
• Conduct lead evaluations and audits with on-site teams.
• Analyze lead sources, prospective information, and marketing metrics on a weekly basis.
• Achieve KPIs, including Voice to Voices, creative follow-ups, inquiry-to-tour conversion rates, Speed to Lead, email campaigns, and bulk text messages.
• Regularly meet with the managing director to discuss program functionality, outcomes, challenges, and building-specific concerns.
• Develop strategies for underperforming buildings and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage leads using the Welcome Home platform.
• Implement sales processes, including the STEP method, Order of Process, KPI compliance, and case studies.
• Participate in daily sales coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seven days a week.
• Respond to after-hours calls from prospective residents within two hours.
• Handle incoming sales calls and gather complete contact details.
• Make outbound calls and engage in call-a-thon events.
• Organize community tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Qualify prospective residents in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Maintain activity follow-up sheets, lead notes, follow-ups, and action plans.
• Collaborate with the Senior Living Director and Executive Director to improve operational efficiency and occupancy rates.
• Sustain sales contacts and partnerships with referral agencies.
• Manage promotional materials, office supplies, and the marketing office.
• Update lead databases, referral agencies, and Partner Central regarding move-ins, pricing, vacancies, and other pertinent information.
• Participate in employer-sponsored training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th-grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct are mandatory.
• Criminal background clearance is required.
• Good health, both physically and mentally, is necessary to perform assigned tasks.
• Health screening by a physician must be completed no more than six months prior to or seven days after employment.
• Must test negative for pulmonary tuberculosis during the health screening.
• Ability to sit at a desk for up to eight hours a day.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for short periods.
• Capability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.
• Able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
